They aren't back from ALA yet, but my publishers said there was a lot of interest in The Suicide Year. Yay! Great cover art helps. Being in a library would be very cool.
Every writer has his/her own measure of success. For some, it's awards or good reviews. For others, it's the ability to make a living as a writer. Mine is the dream that some day I'll see stranger reading my book.

Rainbow Reviews had a really nice review of your book. :) I still think it was a great read, really hitting home about a lot of things. You deserve the accolades for it.
ReplyDeleteWould it be wrong to buy a bunch of copies of my book and donate it to local libraries? Or go to Borders/BN and order it, then decide I don't want it so they have to put it out in the stacks? *innocent look*
